This policy explains what data PinSheen ("we", "us") collects, why, and who it is shared with. PinSheen is a tool that helps sellers keep their Pinterest boards on-brand.
When you connect your Pinterest account, you authorize PinSheen through Pinterest's official OAuth flow. With your permission we read:
We do not receive or store your Pinterest password. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens Pinterest issues, encrypted, so we can act on your behalf until you disconnect.
Nothing is written to your Pinterest account until you review and approve it.
To produce suggestions, we send relevant content — such as your board and pin text and images — to third-party large language model and image-generation providers for processing. These providers act as our processors and are not permitted to use your content to train their models or for their own purposes. We also use standard infrastructure, database, email, and payment providers to run the service.
We keep your board and pin data and generated suggestions only as long as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect Pinterest or delete your PinSheen account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the associated data within a reasonable period.
You can disconnect PinSheen from your Pinterest account at any time from Pinterest's settings, and you can request deletion of your PinSheen data by contacting us.

We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
